All payments made for our legal drafting and documentation services are non-refundable once the initial draft or service has been delivered.
This is because each document is custom-created based on the client’s specific details, which cannot be reused or resold.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
If CORPDRAFT is unable to deliver the service as agreed due to internal issues or unforeseen errors.
If a duplicate payment was made by mistake.
If there is a technical problem on our website that caused an incorrect transaction.
3. Refund Request Procedure

Date and proof of payment
Reason for the refund request
Our support team will review your case and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Miscommunication
Refunds will not be provided in cases where:
The client changes their mind after placing an order.
The client provides incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information that affects the delivery.
The document has already been delivered as per the provided details.
5. Service Modification Instead of Refund
In certain cases, instead of a refund, CORPDRAFT may offer a revision or modification of the delivered document to better align with client expectations, at our discretion.
